1. Digital Products Policy

• All sales are final and non-refundable once digital course access is granted.
• Digital course enrollments cannot be cancelled once transaction confirmation has been issued.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If you experience a technical error during checkout resulting in duplicate or accidental multiple charges for the same program:

• Please notify our support team at support@manasvani.in within 48 hours of the transaction with your payment receipts or transaction IDs.
• Upon verification with the payment gateway, the duplicate amount will be promptly refunded back to your original payment method (bank account / UPI / card).
• Refund processing typically reflects in your source account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank’s clearing cycle.
