1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Manasvani Yoga (“Manasvani”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and participation in all digital workshops, video tutorials, diet plans, and associated community platforms.
2. Nature of Digital Program & Medical Disclaimer
Medical & Wellness Notice: The face yoga exercises, acupressure techniques, and natural dietary advice taught by Mansi Gulati and Manasvani Yoga are intended exclusively for general self-care, holistic facial wellness, and relaxation. They do not constitute clinical diagnosis, medical therapy, or dermatological prescription. If you have active dermatological infections, recent facial surgeries, or serious medical conditions, consult your physician before starting.
Individual results may vary based on skin type, hormonal factors, age, sun exposure, and personal practice consistency. Testimonials shared on the website represent genuine personal experiences but do not guarantee identical outcomes for every individual.
3. Access & Account Security
Upon completing enrollment for the Pigmentation Correction Challenge (₹999 fee), you are granted a non-transferable, personal, lifetime digital license to access the program content. You agree not to share your access links or login credentials with any third party.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All videos, guided tutorials, written diet PDFs, curriculum structures, visual branding, trademarks, and educational materials provided by Manasvani are the proprietary intellectual property of Mansi Gulati and Manasvani Yoga. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, reproduction, resale, or public broadcasting of any course materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable digital taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to revise program fees or offer limited-time promotional pricing at our discretion without retroactive adjustments.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manasvani Yoga, its founder Mansi Gulati, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the self-directed exercises or reliance on the wellness advice provided.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
